Yes - Our shopping cart was created so that you can place your banner order and track your current and previous banner orders here online.  If however, you do not want to use our shopping cart to place your banner ad order - you can email us, using the contact form - let us know the details of your banner ad order, and then once we understand your order completely we then will either send you a billing or ask you to pay directly to either: Paypal (using your Paypal account - OR directly using your: Visa, MasterCard MC, Discover, American Express AMX, Debit Card, Cash Card), Alertpay, Moneybookers, or Western Union.
