The main reason this will appear is because a new client is trying to
place their very first banner order online - BUT they have not yet
registered as a new client/new affiliate yet.

Once the new account has been set up and the confirmation email has been confirmed, then they can log-in and then place their banner order online.
The other reason this message will appear is for example if someone
arrives at the site and then they leave their computer for a few hours
while logged in to their affiliate account - then when one returns they
will find the session has timed out and they must login again.
