The main reason this will appear is because a new client is trying to place their very first banner order online - BUT they have not yet registered as a new client yet.

As you place your order the system will ask you to login or create a new account. We only need basic information so that we are able to communicate with you after your payment is made and the order has been received.

The other reason this message will appear is for example if someone arrives at the site and then they leave their computer for a few hours while logged in to their account - then when one returns they will find the session has timed out and they must login again.
