Yes, we will refund your money 100%.
To date, we have not had any customers request a refund.
But we need to make the statement here that we will refund 100%.
However if we issue a refund then we require that any graphics given will deleted and never used on any website or ad campaign.
Normally once we send our customer their 1st presentation of the graphics we created for them - they either love the artwork as is, or request changes. We will always work very hard to create artwork that you will be excited to show on your website - however if after so many edits, say 5, we can not meet your expectations we will automatically issue a refund to the same processor you placed your order upon.
For orders that you have approved as final - we ask that you request any refund within 3 days of stating that the graphics were approved as final. And of course - all artwork is to be deleted and not used in any manner.
So in short - 100% Money-Back Guarantee.
