Yes of course you can still join our affiliate program. When you join, you will be given so many promotional tools that you will be so amazed. You can send emails to your friends (BUT NOT SPAM - Unsolicited emails), you can post your affiliate link in your favorite forums (make sure they allow this). Others have placed our small 88x31 Promotional banner in their signature section of the forums they frequent. So there are many ways to still promote without having your own web site :-)
