The main reason this will appear is because a new client is trying to place their very first banner order online - BUT they have not yet registered as a new client yet.

As you place your order - it will allow you to input your basic information. Mainly your Name and Email address so we can contact you after the order has been paid.

Once the new account has been set up and the confirmation email has been confirmed, then they can log-in and then place their banner order online.

The other reason this message will appear is for example if someone arrives at the site and then they leave their computer for a few hours while logged in to their account - then when one returns they will find the session has timed out and they must login again.
