Ordering Your Banner Online FAQ


What are the Steps to Order my First Banner Online?

Step 1: Open a new Client / Affiliate Account - Confirm Via Email.

Step 2: Place your 1st Banner Order.

Step 3: Provide Billing Information - Then Complete Payment.

Step 4: Thats it. We Confirm. Then Start Your Banner(s)

  

Step 1: CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP NOW . When you open your account on our system you will automatically be set up as a client and as an affiliate. Normally what occured before was that after we have completed a clients banner is when they would like to promote our service to others; With our New Site, Once you sign up you become a client and/or an affiliate.
As a client, you will be able to see your order  details online. And
As a Affiliate, you will see your commissions and your promotional tools (banners, links, etc)

Step 2: Please be logged in so that you see your name in the upper right side of our web site. Then select your first banner that we will create for you. You will be providing details regarding color, titles, details etc. Please remember to fill in all the blanks :-)

Step 3: Since you are already logged in the next step will ask for your billing information. This will be asked only one time. The next time you place a new order you will not need to perform this step. Please Note: We do not ask for any credit card information ever during your check out process. Once you input your billing information and selected the payment processor - the order is then transported to that provider (Palpay, Alertpay, etc) They will then ask for your payment details. The payment processors will never send that information to us. It is always protected at their processing center.

Step 4: Once your payment has cleared the payment processing center you will be returned to our site and will be emailed a confirmation that your order has been received. We will review your order and if needed email for more details. If all the details seem in order we will begin creating your banner(s)

When I try to place my first order online i see the statments You need to login. or You are not authorised to view this resource.

If you see either of the statments:

You need to login. or You are not authorised to view this resource.


The main reason this will appear is because a new client is trying to place their very first banner order online - BUT they have not yet regisistered as a new client/new affiliate yet.

Once the new account has been set up and the confermation email has been confirmed, then they can place their order online.

 

The other reason this message will appear is for example if someone arrives at the site and then they leave their computer for a few hours while logged in to their affiliate account - then when one returns they will find the session has timed out and they must login again.
